Make yourself available
Human beings are fickle. We have a hard time adjusting and embracing things, mostly because we keep our perspectives narrow. I am just as culpable of this as anyone else, especially in vulnerable situations that feel out of my control. But really though, who wouldn't? I think those of us that are fearless, who have no judgement, and make these experiences a playground of opportunity.
So, how do I get there?
I must broaden my perspective, and I need to make myself available to these experiences. I have to open the door of opportunity and date it. I must envision myself in IT or with IT and realize that IT isn't an event it's a process.
Date the dream, the experience, the idea, the place, the person, and you may find yourself slowly evolving and becoming the dream, the experience, the idea, the place, and the person. What an astounding notion! What a sense of freedom that could bring to you, to know that you are the product of your own experimentation! That is wild beyond belief! I believe it though. We are fickle, but are also seekers. We seek pleasure, change, stability, solutions, leadership, peace, joy, and therefore, we have this great ability to embrace those things that resonate most with our purpose. That purpose identifies us, and we can identify with almost anything, if we embrace it. Our Truth comes to us as we make ourselves available to an array of information, opportunities, people and become witnesses of that experience. Our roles is to create that identity and own it. "If YOU build IT, they will come". A true leader has a sense of self, identity and purpose. I wish to give that sense of self, that freedom, that capacity to embrace and identify to others ESPECIALLY my children. It is our moral responsibility to give others the tools that will help people develop the ability to broaden their perspectives and embrace themselves. You can't love others until you love your SELF. GO FIND IT! DATE IT! BECOME IT! Let others do so with you!
