I love to read books on parenting, macro-nutrition and natural health. Books are like friends, some we revisit all the time and some that are only for reference, ha. I want to encourage everyone to build their library, it's not something you should invite all books to be a part of, but more so ones that are carefully chosen to be the most trusted source of information, so you can be consistent in your learning. When looking at health books, look for practical application and the overall tone. It is a teacher, do you want to sit through that class all day long? I have with these books!
